Evolux, a helicopter chartering company needed some HTML templates for their new booking system back in 2014. 3 basic layouts, nothing all that complicated. I do love any opportunity I get to play with customizing Google Maps, and the Trips page was actually a lot of fun to build. The site has since been redesigned and developed, but I included a link to one of the templates built at the time.
Vintage Flights needed a quick WordPress theme from a design provided from an outside source. This was again, a very quick project done back when I was a fledgeling web developer in 2013. It still stands today, albeit slightly broken..!
Dan from MadLab was looking for an assist to get this Shopify site done. There were dozens of products with hundreds of accompanying product photos that needed to be resized, labeled, and uploaded into Shopify. This turned into a several week endeavor where I ended up creating a large spreadsheet to act as an import, all the while keeping Product Variants in place with their appropriate photography.
We worked with the Venue theme as a base and modified it heavily from there.
Adult dating app developers Bawnk! reached out to me to design and develop a plethora of page layouts, emails, and landing page designs, as well as do the overall branding for the product.
An entrepreneur in Boynton Beach, Florida reached out to me to help him build his clothing brand from the ground up. He needed someone versed in logo design, print design, and digital marketing in order to launch a successful brand campaign. While this was a small-batch, short-term campaign, we sold out within hours and everyone was ultimately happy with the turnout.
The simple landing page is something I grew to be proud of, as it’s entirely self-contained with its own cart script that kicks over to PayPal for payment processing. It was a quick drop-in installation and was one of the most rapid builds I’ve done.
Another aspect that made this project special was that I also did some basic product photography using a lightbox and a high end DSLR camera. You can see the results above! We were all pleased.
Carrie at Selas was splitting off a consulting company under the umbrella of the Selas Technologies brand and asked me to work with my colleague Scott to put together a quick static HTML site with 3 simple pages, just to get something up quickly.
Nothing super fancy here, just a solid mobile-friendly design with a custom PHP mail script for the contact form accompanied by some manual javascript form validation.
